Elements are non-returnable. Please make sure you are buying the right ones. If you order elements here, we need the following information from your kiln. Please type it into the comments section of the order form when you check out.

• P/N, or if your kiln doesn’t have one, Model Number
• Brick thickness (2.5″ or 3″)
• Serial Number
• Volts and Amps

We recommend purchasing elements in complete sets. The kiln will fire more evenly, as designed. Often, when people purchase one, a second burns out soon after the first.

We can sell individual elements, email us for quote. All Olympic models are available. Shipping for less than full sets is $15.
